PRODUCT TESTING

AWNING DURABILITY TEST

Every Awnlux new develops awning, it needs to go through more than 7,500 times of durability testing of opening and closing to ensure the durability of the product. 

After the high-strength test, ensure that all parts need to function normally , then can past the test.

AWNING VIBRATION TEST

The vibration machine is used to simulate the turbulence state in actual use. 

Ensure that the product after a long period of vibration of a certain intensity, 

it can pass the test only after ensuring that awning components are not broken, damaged, or scalable, and all functions are normal.

SALT SPRAY TEST

An environmental test that uses artificial simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray test equipment to assess the corrosion resistance of products or metal materials. 

Ensure that the profiles and metal parts are corrosion resistant, durable, and can adapt to various extreme weather.

HIGH AND LOW

TEMPERATURE TEST 

Awnlux products ensure that after simulation tests in high and low temperatures, the use and operation of the components are normal.

ADHESION AND HARDNESS TEST

Awnlux adhesion to metal parts coating, 

And hardness also has strict testing standards, we test the quality of each batch of raw materials through the 100 times cut test method.

PROFESSIONAL FABRIC TESTING

Awnlux has strict standards for awning fabric, including its flame retardant, uv resistance, stain resistance, mildew resistance, coating adhesion, thickness resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance and environmental requirements, etc., all need to pass strict testing indicators before leaving the factory.

FABRIC TEAR RESISTANCE TEST

Different products have different requirements for fabric tear resistance ，rv awning‘s have very strict requirements for this , in order to ensure the quality of each batch of products, AWNLUX laboratory will do internal tear resistance for each batch of fabrics.

FABRIC WEATHER RESISTANCE TEST

For outdoor fabrics, the greatest aging damage is caused by three factors: light, heat and humidity. Any of these three factors can cause material aging. In order to study the weather-aging performance of outdoor textiles, we designed a weather-resistance test in the fabric test to simulate high-intensity, long-term light, high temperature and humidity environment, and continuously improve the product through experiments, making our products more durable than similar products on the market.

FABRIC WEATHER RESISTANCE TEST

Weight is an important indicator of fabric. It affects the life of the fabric. Through testing, we ensure that the gram weight of the fabric is up to standard and balanced, and even different batches of products have stable quality.

MATERIAL TESTING

For awning fabric, Awnlux has strict standards, including its flame retardant, uv resistance, fabric color fastness, stain resistance, mold resistance, coating adhesion, heat resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance and environmental protection requirements, etc., all need to pass strict testing indicators before leaving the factory.
